Currently there is one open position for:

Ticketing Agent (for corporate travel management)

Responsibilities:

•    Reservation and issuing of airline tickets for corporate clients
•    Reservation and issuing of airline tickets for leisure customers
•    Answering to phone and E-mail requests
•    Regular reports
•    Close collaboration with all partners of the company (airlines, GDS, travel agencies, etc.)
•    Operational consultation support  to the Sales and Account Management
•    Technical implementations of new clients

Requirements:

•    At least 2 years of experience
•    Amadeus Certification
•    IATA/UFTAA Certification
•    Working level English
•    Bachelor or Master Degree in Travel/Tourism will be considered as advantage but is not a must
•    Team worker
•    Very good communication skills
